In Nevada, the major casinos lost nearly 6.8 billion dollars in gaming
activity in the fiscal year to June 30, the latest for which data is
available. Revenues for the state's casinos doing more than one
million dollars in business fell 12.6 percent in the period, according
to the state gaming commission.

This doesn't take into account the glad handers and the businesses
that feed off the casinos themselves and all the trickle down effect.
"The expansion of gambling does not bring more customers into the
market," said Lucy Dadayan, a senior analyst at the Rockefeller
Institute.
"There are only so many customers, so with every new casino there are
only marginal increases

This sounds like their are only so many people inclined to gamble on a
regular basis , so many competing for limited revenues.

realize they can blackmarket their bets and win with cheatware so the
casinos joined in on the action of cheating online! However they cant
compete with the gobs that have better botts and RNG software to give
the next sequence of cards dealt by the auto shufflers!
Soo they must drop out of the competition and declare the FED to push
prosicution of illegal online gambling.IPv6 can shut it down as it did
for the music industry then all the gaming commisions will be back in
bizz and the fed will get their normal cut of the action once again!
Then the casinos must keep coersion under control then their monopoly
