Sent two emails to them yesterday about my 4th withdrawal attempt
being denied and the countless times I have uploaded verification
documents, and not even a robot auto-reply. Zero, zip, nada!

Can anyone else attest to receiving a reply from them in the last 48
hours? Is there anyone home? Maybe they're all over at Dutch Boyd's
house partying.

Thanks. Holy shit, there's over 900 posts in that thread. More than
'Fellknight Goes Pro'. That guy's a helluva a troll. Ramashiva and I
need to recruit this mutherfucker.

So what do I have to do? Join 2+2 and ask this guy what's the fucking
problem? I think I'd rather just sit here and bad-mouth them.

By the way, I made another withdrawal today, and uploaded my documents
about five times.

Yeah there's more than just a handful of people posting on 2+2. The FTP
chatter thread hit almost 35,000 posts.

900 _pages_ of posts.

I looked at a few towards the end, and a couple things stood out:

1. When you upload your documents, the total size of all the
attachments must be under 2MB.. Have you been paying attention to
file size? If not, play around with your scanner settings to reduce
jpg compression, etc.

2. They said they recently are unable to accept deposits from credit
card from "some" customers. So they may, indeed, be having a cash
flow problem.

About 300KB. Look, I've given documents to a lot of online poker
rooms and casinos since 2001. I'm not a fucking n00b.

There doesn't seem to be a big stink from people not getting
withdrawals on the 2+2 thread. It's possible they had a cash-flow
problem when (at least some) banks stopped permitting credit card
deposits. But at least they are not hiding that fact like FTP did for
many months.

They probably don't want bad publicity on 2+2, so I'd suggest
contacting the support guys there. They might be able to get you
preferential treatment. They seem to be fairly responsive, and
although not able to fix all problems, they do seem able to get
answers for many issues.

I never said anything about a cash-flow, I didn't even think there was
a cash-flow problem. I just think they're a bunch of inept bumblers,
that's all. And they are.

Well too bad your lord and master wasn't able or willing to help you,
but I understand he has been busy contemplating poo.
