I was just dealt 4 7s in a tournament on Pokerstars. This has never
happened to me before. I was just wondering if anyone knows the odds of
this happening?

First card doesn't matter.
then 3/51 * 2/50 * 1/49 = 6/124950

If I remember my probability correctly, any four of a kind should be 1 in
83300: 13/52 * 3/51 * 2/50 * 1/49, or 1/(4*17*25*49).

My calculator shows the odds to be 270,724 to one.

I think Lin's figure would be correct for the odds of getting four of any rank.
But, as the question asked the odds of getting four sevens, I think the
correct answer is:

4/52*3/51*2/50*1/49

I think you're correct. I'm no Mason Malmuth, but the number of
combinations of four specific cards dealt out of a 52 card deck is:

52! 52x51x50x49
--------- = ----------- = 270,725
4!(52-4)! 4x3x2x1

The odds are 270,724 to 1, as you calculated.

The odds of having been dealt four of a kind depends on how many hands you've
played.

While the odds are very high against it happening on any specific hand, I
have been dealt 4 of a kind many times, many more live than online.
Probably because I have played more hands live than online. If you play
enough hands, you will see a lot of things.
