Possible Collusion on Full Tilt (Perry Friedman, please read)

samsonite433 and MourningHeat23 are colluding in the shorthanded 15-30
holdem game. If you happen to see them online, you will probably want
to avoid them.
Below is a copy of the email I sent to support. Perry, if you are
around to read this, can you make sure it is properly investigated?

Dear Support,
I am writing to report a case of suspected collusion involving
samsonite433 and MourningHeat23.
I have been playing online poker since the early days of Planet Poker,
and I have only made one other report of collusion. I trust you will
seriously investigate this matter.
I was playing on table Maryland (6 max 15-30 holdem) when MourningHeat
posted saying come help start a new table at Redwood, where he was
sitting with samsonite.
I sat and played for a while, and when the game filled up they took
off.
You should closely investigate the hand histories from when this table
began playing at about 7:30 pm pacific. Of particular interest is hand
number 324147890, where MourningHeat jammed the pot with 36s preflop
and on a gutshot draw postflop when his partner had JJ (I had TT). I'm
sure MourningHeat would have mucked on the river but I unexpectedly
checked on the end.
Another hand that may be of interest is no. 324158825, although I'm not
sure what MourningHeat held. Once again his partner had JJ, and I had
a flush draw. The pot was jammed preflop, but I don't know what
MourningHeat held so I don't know if it is a mere coincidence, although
I don't believe it is. During the hand MourningHeat was raised and he
said "you guys caught me" and folded.
It may also be worthwhile to note that after the players left, one
other player at the table also stated that he felt the two were
colluding.
I am sure that you are as interested as I am in making sure your site
is free of collusion. As I am sure you are aware, I play on your site
in trust that I am safe from this kind of danger. As such, I would
appreciate it if you investigate this matter and, if you find that
collusion has in fact taken place, I would appreciate being made whole.

After a thorough investigation of these two players, it has become very
clear that:
a) they know each other and play together at the same tables often; and
b) in our opinion, they were indeed colluding together in hand numbers
324147890 and 324158825, the two hands that you brought to our
attention.
Further investigation of all hands during that session at that table
revealed that these were the only two hands during which these two
players colluded against you and cost you any money.
As a result of our findings, we have permanently banned both players
from Full Tilt Poker, and have reimbursed you, from the accounts of the
guilty players, all funds that you contributed to the pot in hand
numbers 324147890 and 324158825. A credit of $285.00 will be made to
your Full Tilt account within 24 hours.
We take all requests for investigation very seriously at Full Tilt
Poker. As we're sure you are well aware, our reputation and our
business depends on maintaining an environment in which the safety and
comfort of our players is not compromised in any way; your efforts in
assisting us in our objective are appreciated more than you know. Our
most effective weapon in the battle against cheating and collusion of
any type is the ongoing vigilance of our players; we cannot thank you
enough for your help.
