OT - African American Men Grabbing Their Private Parts in Public?

Can some one tell me what is the deal with African American (black) men on
college campuses grabbing their crotch in public in
broad day lights? I was walking thought the local university and a young
African American student walked past me. He had his left hand down between
his legs grabbing his crock through his pants. That reminded me back in the
mid-1990's when I was waiting for a class to begin at this university. I
was standing against the wall and across from me a black guy had his hands
in his pocket playing with himself. I've never in my life seen a white guy
do this.

Has anybody noticed this and if so, what's the deal with this?
Seriously, it's really bizarre to see this.

Now that I think of it, I remember working with an African American guy
who did the same thing at work - grab himself.

Using your high IQ tell us how the stupid rhesus monkeys developed the herpes virus. My guess is that they were in constant contact with poisonous vegitation,poison ivey,poison oak,poison shumac,they ate poison berries of all kind,and yes they did die from the poisons they consumed and infected a world with their poisons.
