The agency is also offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to her arrest.

Ignatova, the founder of a cryptocurrency called OneCoin that was launched in 2014, allegedly defrauded investors of more than $4 billion over three years before disappearing.

I saw some video the other day and this guy was giving a spiel about how it's your own fault if you're not a millionaire. This was his plan:
* Buy a $200K house with 3.5% down (so $7K out of pocket). Live in it for 7 years.
* Sell it, use all the money and buy a $500K house (I'm missing the part where between PMI and interest you've probably paid 10-15% of the mortgage on your $200K house, so even if it somehow has more than doubled in value you'd escape with $100K-$150K at best, but I digress). Live in it for 7 years.
* Sell it, use all the money and buy a $950K house. Live in it for 7 years.
* Sell it, buy a million dollar house, congrats, you're now a millionaire just 21 years later.

Oh and of course he never mentioned a thing about maintenance, living expenses, etc. Or the assumption that houses double in value every 7 years like clockwork.
