At my university, we have a similar competition annually. Only
differences are:
1) We don't stick to hot dogs.
2) Not only is it perfectly acceptable to vomit, it is in fact
encouraged.
I don't think that people who enjoy watching hot dog eating
competitions are particularly sick.

Eating is more fun than cards. Sometimes, you can combine them.
