The other night I was playing in a SNG on one of the new sites, and
just for kicks I typed the following in the chat window:

"execute command <show_players_hole_cards.scr> -private -me -p107"

Then I typed:

"Oops, forgot the /"

these two guys in the SNG freaked out and would fold everytime I called
or raised. They even followed me to another SNG and were warning the
other players that I could see their hole cards. 3 people at that table
folded to me everytime I raised or called as well.

It was freakin hillarious. I was supposed to be funny, but these guys
went totally ballistic and freaked out in a major way. They even
reported me to support for using cheat commands to see their hole
cards.

No. I don't think it will be. It happened Friday night and I would've
thought they would have closed it yesterday if they were going to, but
they haven't even communicated to me about it.

They're probably too busy checking the software to find out why the

I just tried this at one of my favorite sites and it actually worked! I
had to change the syntax slightly, but it displayed a nice little
message at the bottom of the chat window giving me the player's cards
(instead of -p107 I used -p1 for the player in seat #1, etc.).

Thanks! This should take my game up another notch!

great, now everyone report back here how many times you see this
command in chat box on your favorite poker room over the next few days.

Someone just posted it on a well known poker blog as a legitimate
command too.

BTW, if the command doesn't work for you, just send deposit $19.95 into
my Party Poker account and I'll send you the *correct* syntax. ;)

It has nothing to do with what I think of computer games. I play poker to
earn a living. These twits play at, playing poker.
I see irony, but little humor, in having a low limit fish explain how to put
other low limit fish on tilt.

Someone that "earns" a living with little to no benefit to society is
calling other people twits. That is rich. I see both irony and humor in
that. I take it back if you make up for being a leech on society through
volunteer and/or financial contributions to worthwhile endeavors.

I did this in the micro at GamesGrid just now and they went 'crazy' and
wanted to know where to buy the program. I'd told them I was just testing
it at micro before I paid full price for the 'real' version. It started
a real debate about whether what I 'had' could possibly work.

yeah, the geek stuff is why my wife said none of our friends will play
Baulderdash with me. Or poker.

BTW - they haven't banned me yet. Was on the site last night in a
couple of MTT SNGs and one of the victims was playing and started
spouting off about how I could see everyone's hole cards so they better
be careful playing me.

I couldn't play a hand at the first table. Everytime I was in the pot,
everyone folded. I was in the pot about 80% of the time too. Won the
tourney. :)

You should get a hand history( if you can get them to react again) and post

I wouldn't mind if you were in a hand with me and pulled that shit. It
would be a complete freeroll for me. If I win, I would email support
and ask them to have you banned. If I lose, I would email support and
tell them to refund my money and then have you banned.

A completely plus +EV move for me. I hope your little joke catches on
and more people try it.

That's nice. They did email support and asked to have me banned.
Support didn't find what I did to be cheating, since I did not reveal
my hole cards, it wasn't a real command and I never claimed I could see
their hole cards. It was also not found to be abusive language, so they
didn't ban me.

Again, it was a freakin' joke. It was funny too. Very funny. It must
be sad when people's lives suck so much they cant enjoy humor.

Here's a command for you and Irish Mike:

/execute command <pull_the_stick_out_of_your_butt.scr>

What site did I do it at? I did it at two sites: One was a new site and
the other one was Party.

It was a new site where the two got really upset and complained so
support and support didn't have a problem with it, they just asked me
to be nicer to the other players. I like the site and don't want to
publicize which site it was since I don't want any of those like mike
or faces to add to the complaints and perhaps change supports mind.

The other site I did it at was Party. They didn't ban me and I haven't
heard anything from support about it yet either, so I don't think they
will. If they do, I don't care, after all, it is party.

And just why would support do either of those things? He did not
cheat and did not break any rules of the site.

How did I cheat?

I cheated about as much as if I said I had psychic powers and could see
what cards were going to be dealt.

Sheesh.

You know, at least I had the courage to post using my actual name.

By the way, if I use this command it will let me see what you're going

Uh, would you care to enlighten us as to how, exactly, he was
cheating? Do you think that there really is such a command, that he

Someone closed their account and "claimed" you were cheating is the point.

Finishing second at poker is not losing.
Finishing second in a gunfight is losing.

I think that the point of the poster is that if enough people write to
support and claim that the reason that they are closing their accounts
is because they claim that Tillman was cheating, then it may make
economic sense for the site to close Tillman's account rather than lose
the money from all the idiots leaving.

Me, I just closed my account claiming that I could not stand Tillman's
body odor when he was at my table.

I guess it "may" but I would think it rather unlikely that he would
get his account closed that way. And if so, small loss, there are
plenty of good poker sites out there.

I admit, it is funny, but that could really scare off the fishies, and I don't
want to do that.  Plus, I can see how that could really piss off the poker site,
even if they were sure that you were joking.  Sounds like a real bad move to me,
which could end up with a variety of different outcomes, some  of them not real
nice.

That's all I was trying to point out. Can't truthfully say I'm sorry

Now, as to this horseshit about having the courage to post using your
