First,
I have been quit for 1 Year, 8 Months, 3 Weeks, 3 Days, 5 hours, 8
minutes and 19 seconds (634 days). I have saved $2,389.46 by not
smoking 12,684 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Month, 2 Weeks and 1 hour of
my life. My Quit Date: 4/11/2008 7:32 AM

Do you know what smoking does to skin? Much of it is reversable.

Second, I've lost 15% of my body weight in the last 12 months. Smoking
and quitting and smoking and quiting added lots of weight. But I
changed my diet completely and have loss a healthy amount. I am hoping
to lose an additional 15% which would put me at the weight I had when
I was at my most gorgous at 25 years old.

My diet is pretty simple. I've eliminated nearly all processed foods.
Half (or more) of my food is vegatables. If I do rarely have fast
food, I cook up lots of veggies to go with it. Red meat is no more
than 1/3 of a pound per day. I never go hungry, and if I am its
complex carbs like oatmeal or fruit. All these antioxidents,
flavinoids and other secret ingredients in vegatables has made me look
marvelous.

If you too want to look healthy there are two food ingredients you
should eliminate. Artifical sweetners are not good. Eliminating high
fructose corn syrup is the other good thing you can do for yourself.
Try it, you'll be surprised how many USA foods have corn fructose.
You'd have a hard time finding it in any other country.

Post the before/after pictures and let RGP decide.

I am at that trying to shed the belly i put on stage. Chantix worked
great for smoking but did nothing for the 10^22 calorie days I had. Do
you know how good a Jumbo Payday or Baby Ruth is? And if you can't
decide, hell just eat both.

Still at all time weight but am serious about losing it. On the
elliptical everyday and no more sprites.

"I owe Jordan $84 and he'll get his money, but not until there is NO
MENTION of it on RGP for 14 consecutive years. That's the new rule. --

I hate exercising. But it was getting winded from simple tasks that
made me decide to quit, then to lose weight. Now I haven't smoked,
loss weight and am eating right, I'm doing things that would have
exhausted me. Right now I am working on wallpaper removal, they got
places where there are three layers of wallpaper and at least three
coats of paint. Now that's exercise.

To keep this on topic, less weight means better blood circulation. No
smoking means the well circulating blood is O2 rich and not ladden
with CO2, which means better thinking, which has lead to better poker
playing, which has lead to cashouts.

Listen, Beaf, you've already told everyone here way more than we ever
wanted to know about "who you are". If you want to brag about your
appearance, go ahead and post a pic. Many of us RGPers have done it at
one time or another and we're all still alive. Nobody is going to use
it to hunt you down, and if you're too scared to associate a name with
it, don't. We can't divine your name from a picture. Let's have a
look, hottie.

I realize I'm kinda new here. BUT, I always thought that BeaForonia
(or whatever the fuck he/she was) was a sorta cute play on words on
the Rice-A-Roni San Francisco treat crap food thing. I always figured
Bea was a fat gay guy, and that was why Irish Mike kinda liked him/her
(by the way, I've played poker in four states [WA, OR, CA, NV] in
about three dozen casinos/card rooms). Can we please get back to
dicking with Rick Charles and his dead-beat life style, please?????

Rice Aroni is a distant relative who moved to San Fran years ago, for
reasons that are talked about only in hushed voices at family
gatherings.

Another thing about me, Bea Foroni, is that I am an American. Of
course I could brag about being Franco-American like some fools around
here do (Iris?), but I prefer to be known as a true American treat
with good taste. And good for you.

Or the much funnier Beef-a-Reeno featured on Seinfeld.

OK,OK already. I have nothing to gain by posting a picture on the
internet. Wanna try to bribe me for some cheesecake shots? At PS I am

Plus I wanted to give this thread a bump. I was looking in the mirror
