Anyone heard of "Koycerin Wagering Method"?

Just received an ad for something called the "Koycerin Wagering Method"
designed by a Professor John Koycerin, PhD. (mathematician). Says it can be
applied to any wagering game with an 85% success rate.

As always, I am very skepticle, but like to check out all claims of this type.
If anyone has heard of the method or purchased it, please give me you opinion.
Any detailed information you can provide would be greatly appreciated -- by
