Lottery Software Query

Is there any software on the market which can build lines by taking numbers
from subsets (pools) of numbers specified by the user?

I am aware of LotWin Lottery Line Builder, but the monthly subscription is a
little extravagant for what I want it to do.

I'm not sure of what you're trying to do, but how about Covermaster?

building wheels.

Let's say I have three subsets of numbers, A, B, & C. I want x number of
lines, each with one number from group A, two from group B, two from group
C, and one from the entire field.

Can Covermaster do this?

Seriously?! You didn’t know … really? Such software has been available for years … but you knew that! Nigootser (Doollow) as well! One member of my community even offered free source code in … Python. (Python is the food-for-thought one Kotskarr devours!)
