This video was produced in the 70s or possibly 80s. It is an
instructional video for craps DEALERS.

If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

Have you tried the Gambler's Book Club? I have bought some dealer
manuals from them.

Alan, they didn't have it, but thanks, that's a good idea.
