For some knockout mathematics and advanced topics, I recommend:
"Blackjack Attack - Playing The Pro's Way" (Don Schlesinger). Another
classic is "Burning the Tables in Las Vegas - Keys to Success in
Blackjack and in Life" (Ian Anderson), also "Cheating (& advantage
play) at Blackjack" (Dustin D. Marks), "Knockout Blackjack - The
easiest card counting system ever devised" (Olaf Vancura/Ken Fuchs),
Million Dollar Blackjack (Ken Uston), and titles by Stanford Wong are
also very good.
