Shoe-Start Blackjack System

This blackjack system is quite easy to apply under real casino conditions. I strongly wanted to publish it in this newsgroup (rec.gambling.blackjack) started by… casinos in the 1990s! Yesterday, my posts here did not get through. You guessed it, I suspect the kasinos’ henchmen had a hand, as it were…

You can play this system from memory, as presented on this Web page:

The most effective plan is to use quick notes on a piece of paper. Use the backside of the basic strategy charts. Most casinos still allow the players to use basic strategy printouts while playing blackjack.

Always start play at the BEGINNING OF THE SHOE (avoid the CSMs at all costs). If you LOSE, write L on the backside of your basic strategy printout; if you WIN, write W. Write the new result after a new shoe start. You’ll have a string in a format like this example (L W refer to the results of a new shoe only):
W L W W L L L W L W W W …

• You can play conservatively by martingaling after 4 consecutive L or after 4 consecutive SINGLE-LENGTH W.
• You can play more aggressively by martingaling after 3 consecutives. Martingale the next 3 – 4 steps. For example: martingale at consecutive losses #4, #5 (if necessary), #6 (if necessary)... • • • Usually, the shoe-start streaks are not as long as later in the shoe.
• The shoe-start is +4 “true count” as regards proportion of 9, 10, Ace.

I beat this late spring even the automatic shuffling machines (ASM). Do not confuse them for the continuous shuffling machines (CSM). The CSMs are absolute bandits! Both ASMs and CSMs are card readers run by chips. There is no chip without a program!
