Vegetarian dipping sauce for
fried spring roll
For 1/2 cup
1 tablespoon of warm water (or fresh coconut juice)
1,5 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
0,5 or 1 teaspoon of red chili, deseeded and minced
-In a bowl, add lemon juice, water, rice vinegar, sugar and soja sauce.
Whisk until the sugar is dissolved completely.
-Then add chopped chili, and mix again.
-Adjust with more lime, water or chili as your convenience.
