I have upload recipes on Varenyky (pyrohy), nalesnyky,
holubtsi and others! Just in time for the holiday season!

Pages 66-75 of "The New Kitchen" published in L'viv
in 1928 and written by Osypa Zaklyns'ka can be accessed now.
The cookbook, of course, is in Ukrainian and available in "gif"
format (each page is now 35K and of an even higher quality
than earlier pages enplaced before).
