Guess a hot salad is really a stir fry but that's it's name :o)

2 tspn olive oil
1 lge brown onion, sliced
1/4 tspn mixed herbs
1 lge carrot, grated coarsely
1/2 a green cabbage, shredded medium fine
1 cup cooked or canned soya beans
1 dessertspoon pum;in seeds (pepitas) or sunflower seeds
1/2 tspn salt if desired.

Heat oil in a lge pan. Add onion and saute until tender. Add carrot,
cabbage and herbs and stir gently until just tender (don't overcook).
Add well drained soya beans and heat through. Just before serving, sprinkle
with seeds and salt if using.

Serve with mashed or jacked potatoes and baked pumpkin or sweet potato.
