Organic veggie-salt is a way to use less salt because the delicious,
organic veggies add flavor thus reducing the need for salt that some
people crave; salt is actually not needed in cooking, sodium is in
food and is the best way to ingest sodium, because, salt from rocks is
not a food but a burden to the body, yes, it does add flavor to food
but at a great cost when used in excess.
