This is for Jesse Smith who was looking for a good beef jerky recipe.
This one came from the website of Cliff Yeager and it's very, very good!

Cliff's Fantastic Jerky

London Broil, up to three pounds, cut into strips one inch wide and no more
than one-fourth inch thick

Mix the following ingredients:

1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder (not salt!)
2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup soy sauce
Optional: 1 Tbsp liquid smoke

Spicy edition:
2-3 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
1-2 tsp crushed red pepper

Put meat and marinade mixture in a gallon-size ziplock back and marinate
overnight in the refrigerator. Next day, stretch the meat out on paper towels
to drain while preparing drying racks. Set the oven at lowest temperature
setting to dry meat. Or use dehydrator, flipping meat and rotating racks for
even drying.
