Mix, and mash together in a bowl:
1 pound tofu
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Form into patties and brown on each side in 1 Tablespoon oil.
