REQUEST: Help......Cooking Goat

Hello ....
My family loves Curried Goat ..
I decided to get some goat and try a few things myself.
I made a Goat Stew. The goat came out kind of tough but the
stew was good.
How do people prepare the goat when they make Curried Goat to make it
soft, etc etc. Are you suppose to boil it first, instead
of browning it like you would cubed beef???

Also ... please post or email me any other Goat recipes. Goat
is very easy to come by, around here.
