El Chico Restaurant House Dressing

This is a recipe used by the El Chico restaurants in Louisiana and at least
one El Chico restaurant in Texas. Though it is often served with dishes
like Puffed Tacos, it is excellent on fajitas. My favorite ingestion
preference is through utilizing it as a dip for home-fried tortilla chips.

More sugar can be added if it tastes too tangy, as my tablespoon amount
might be more than yours.

El Chico Restaurant House Dressing

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsps. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer on low speed until the
Miracle Whip smooths out, then mix on a slightly higher speed until it's
smooth. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
