Texas Potatoes

2 pounds hashbrown potatoes
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 pint sour cream
1 cup cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Mix all of the above ingredients together and put in 9x13 baking dish. On top
of this put 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. You can
also sprinkle on a little more grated cheese. Bake for one hour at 350.
