Yield: 5 cups
3 cups Grape juice
1 cup apple juice
1 cup water
7 cups Sugar
1 Box Sure Jell
To get juice for jelly: ay use apple juice and grape juice store bought.or
wash mustang grapes and cover in water. Boil for a few minutes. Cool and
strain, mash grapes to get a stronger juice. Add apple juice. Jelly:
Bring juice to boil; add Sure Jell, bring to a boil again. Add sugar.
Boil until juice spins a thread. Let set a few minutes. Skim top with a
spoon. Pour into small jars that have been washed and scalded. Seal.
