Dehydrated, and then stored in a freezer, how could they not still be good?
I have some dried tomatoes just stored in a jar at room temperature from a
year-and-a-half ago, and they are still fine.

Not enough moisture in them to worry about freezer burn so, unless
they've picked up some of that "freezer taste" they should be fine for
a few years yet. Taste one.
