How long will dehydrated tomatoes last? I've found some in my freezer from
two years ago. They look good, but two years seems like a long time. They
are not vacuum sealed, just in a ziploc bag.

Thanks.

Dehydrated, and then stored in a freezer, how could they not still be good?

I have some dried tomatoes just stored in a jar at room temperature from a
year-and-a-half ago, and they are still fine.

Best regards,
Bob

Not enough moisture in them to worry about freezer burn so, unless
they've picked up some of that "freezer taste" they should be fine for
a few years yet. Taste one.

Bit "Belt and Braces(OK Suspenders)" they should be fine.
If you're sick after using them you'll know they're not

Yes, that's a sure sign: "if death ensues, discard remainder."

Or the glue Bart used to attach the novelty items to his face:

"If used on skin, consult a mortician."
