I made some refrigerator pickles about a month ago. They are still crisp and
taste good. How long will they last in the refrigerator? They were made with
3 cups of white vinegar (5% acid) and 2 cups of water plus spices and sugar.
Oh, sliced cucumbers also.

Thanks,
Jim

If they lasted a month without spoiling, they will last for years if
refrigerated. Seriously.

Best regards,
Bob

Along this thread, I made pickles also and they taste a little salty to me.

The cucumbers were sliced in half and then put in the brine, does the fact
that they were sliced alow them to wick in more brine?

Would they taste different if left whole?

I notice Clausen sells them both whole and sliced which leads me to believe
it doesn't matter or change the taste.

Any opinions?

LOL!!

I hate to sound like a smart-A** but if the pickles are any
good, ya' won't HAVE to wait for 'em to spoil. . . . They'll be
gone LONG before that.
