OK, here's one - has anyone ever tried freezing cottage cheese?
We eat it 3 times a day during the summer, but it's so expensive then -
I found a really good sale...

I freeze it all the time, but I cook with it after defrosting (make lasagna,
vegetarian meatloaf, etc) and have never eaten it plain after it was frozen.
