Where is the best place to purchase a Pressure canner?

We have been considering purchasing the Presto 01780 22 Quart Pressure
canner. Does anyone know of the cheapest place to buy pressure canners?
Also, what about Mason jars and lids? Any help is GREATLY appreciated, TIA,

The cheapest place to buy mason jars is a flea market or garage sale. But make
sure they don't try to pawn off mayonaise jars on you! Get modern Ball and
Kerr and Atlas (there are a few others) jars that have a nice thick sealing
surface at the top.
You might find a Presto canner at Wal-mart, or your local big hardware (not
building supply) store.

I have had luck at garage sales (107 canning jars for $1 a
dozen!)
But i have also seen canning jars selling at garage sales for
close to what you can get them for at retail for some reason -- I
guess people assume they are more expensive than they really are.
Our local walmart has canning jars for $5-something a dozen for
pint sized, and a bit more for quart sized, lids included, and I
have seen them at garage sales for $4 a dozen, minus lids.
www.ebay.com is a good place for canners -I got a used Mirro 22qt
but great condition pressure canner that uses a weight instead
of a gauge (which has to be checked periodically).

I have seen them at Walmart in the U.S., I believe that is where mine
came from. Also, I found one at a thrift shop for 15$, needed a
weight and gaskets (bout $10-15 more) and it works like a charm. As
for jars, either Walmart or Dollar General Stores, a case of pints at
the "dollar store" is about $3 and qts are $3.50.
