Does anyone know a process to freeze dry your own food with domestic
equipment? How does freeze dried really work?

Thanks,
Morris

In article <367D6387...@dot.net>,
Freeze drying is the process of taking water out of food. I have a
friend who wants to sell one of this units. It is a 2500 lb unit
Northstar freeze dryer machine - 1993. New it costs $28,000.
If you are interested you can call him at 609-456-7007.
His name is John LaPeyre. He does not have email so don't write
me.
