I found buried treasure in my deep freezer

A quart tupperware container of ground fresh basil from 1991. Not
pesto, just basil. I thawed it out and it still smelled good after
almost 10 years. A little oil had separated out, and I stirred it back
in. I just made some pesto with about 1/2 cup of the basil paste, 1/2
cup extra virgin olive oil, etc. The noodles are cooking for lunch
right now. Mmmm.
