You know how it is. There you are in a food shop, when you spot somethig and
think "...well, I have no idea how to cook it but I just HAVE to...."
So I have a pack of dried octopus in the cupboard. I urgently need suggestions
as to what to do with them, and how. Only idea so far is octopus & pea soup.

HELP !!! :-)John

We are not \recipes but ...

Rehydrate the octopus with lightly salted water in the refrigerator till puffy
and soft to the touch.

Using a skillet melt a dab of butter. Add 1/2 cup white wine. Saute the
octopus in this till tender. Serve with white asparagus - green if that is all
you can get.

Enjoy!

Heck one can soften squid of all things! Sea gull is a challenge.

John,
You're worse than me with shopping and "I MUST HAVE THAT"

Know where I can wholesale some seeweed?

Rehydrate the octopus, and give it to the dog.
Don't give it to a large dog, it might retaliate.
