Blanch tomatoes peel,remove seeds from peppers,peel and
quarter onion,use food prosessser,grinder,or chop by hand,
what ever cosistancy you prefer.put all in pot, add vinegar
bring to boil, reduce to simmer 2 to 3 hours,add sugar,put
about 4# to start,add 1/2 cup salt,now that sugar is in,
Start stirring for about 2 hrs,If you have to leave it unattended
Remove from heat! this burns very easy,stir cook down to the way
you like it.if you want more sugar at the end,add some but cook
it down a bit.you can add any hot peeper sauce if you want to
