3 parts Champagne
� part Pernod Absinthe
Add Pernod Absinthe into a chilled champagne flute. Add iced champagne
until absinthe attains proper opaqueness.
Loch Loman
1 � oz. Chivas 12 yo
� oz. Yellow Chartreuse
� oz. Passionfruit Puree
1/3 oz. Gomme Syrup
Shake and strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with
saffron strands.
