New Year’s Eve Cocktails

Just a couple more ideas for great New Year�s Eve cocktails:

London Sgroppino

2 parts 24
1/3 part Galliano
3 � parts prosecco
1 scoop sorbet

Place a scoop of lemon sorbet in to a champagne coupe
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass with double frozen
ice
Strain into champagne coupe over lemon sorbet
Garnish with lemon zest and serve with a spoon

Caf� Flip

2 oz. Kahlua Coffee Cream
� oz. Fernet Branca
1 whole egg
3 dashes Fee�s Old Fasnioned Bitters
3 dashes Fee�s Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Separate egg and dry shake the white. Add other ingredients and the
yolk. Shake and strain into a wine glass. Top with freshly grated
nutmeg.
