I just stumbled on this. Incredible and so simple. Can't wait to try it.

(6:20 minutes)

3 tangerines.
1 egg.
100 grams of condensed milk (3.5 OZ).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
100 ml milk (1/2 glass).
150 grams flour (5.3 OZ).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Frying pan 20 cm (7.8").
10 grams butter (0.35 OZ).
50 grams of condensed milk (1.75 OZ).

"Cook with the lid on for 18 minutes over very low heat.
After turning, cook for another 3 minutes over very low heat.
(Sprinkle with) powdered sugar."

Well, I tried it this morning.

Not bad. Definitely unique.

But...aside from the need for a LITTLE salt, anyway, I'd say that it would probably have been just as good with only 3/4 of a cup of flour. (150 grams are equal to 1.25 of a cup of flour.) Certainly no more than a cup, anyway.

I'll try again. Not sure if it will need a little sugar as well, since the reduction in flour will make it easier to taste the condensed milk.

Besides the powdered sugar on top, I added a little cinnamon.

And of course, everyone wants "to taste the condensed milk."
I mean, the canned milk is the star of the recipe. That's why
it's listed twice.

I suspect Brits like it - or at least, A.A. Milne did.

The Hawaiians and Asians love condensed milk. If it snowed here, we'd probably eat the snow with condensed milk.

I did that today and it puffed up just as much. (I used a smaller pan, but I swear the texture was the same.) I mixed in cinnamon and nutmeg.

Next time, I'll try just half a cup of flour.

And yes, I think many would say that with less flour, one doesn't need any added sugar.
