This is good but you should add some other exercises into your routine.
That Nordic Track isn't an 'all in one' exercise machine.
You need to exercise all your muscles, not just a few. Injuries are
often caused by an imbalance.
Examples: Running exercises some leg muscles, bike riding works the
other leg muscles.
Pushups work the biceps but your triceps need to be worked too.
Most people have strong back muscles but not abdomen muscles so should
also do sit-ups or the alternative (crunches, etc).
Again, it's well balanced muscles that prevent many muscle injuries.
