Bored? I hope you put this much energy into your nursing job _IF_ you
get it. Just not sure why you think we'd be interested in renting rooms
in St. Louis.

I like to keep an eye on the STL house sharers market. If you were going to attend the largest state university in MO (UMSL) you may be interested in renting as room in a very nice house within walking distance.

Having rooms for rent near Universities is usually a good position to be in. The market is a bit flat these days due to you-know-what. My son was paying $800/month for a room in town while he was going to school but since there's no need to be near the University of Hawaii, he's going to move back in here.

My in-laws had a condo in town near the UH. When they died, the joint was sold and the monies divided among the sons and daughters. That condo could have been rented out for about $2400/month.

My dad's house could be rented for about $3500/month. It's not near a University but it is next to a hospital. The hospital owns most of the houses in the subdivision but my dad has resisted their offers for decades. I'd say that was a pretty good position to be in.

Yep, 3068 Bellerive has the three most important things about Real Estate: Location, Location and Location. 5min walk from UMSL, 5min walk to the South UMSL Metrolink station and a 5min drive to/from STL International Airport, and free airport shuttle service, no gasoline!
