You cluck, moo, oink, hee haw, baa, meow, bark, gobble, bleat,
neigh, or quack every time you post.

You're just a Fisher Price See 'n Say. You don't cook, you don't
eat, you're not even vegetarian, you just made that up because you
didn't know Jack Shit about food whatsoever.

Anybody know what common thread Pamela, John, Gregory, and Bruce
here all have in common (there's probably others) - Other than the
obvious - they don't cook and are here just to stir up shit.... What
I'm referring to is historical fact. Greg knows the answer and would
say it (shhhh), the others will know it but won't say it.

I'll even start the answer:

They all Came to RFC ________ ________.

Use however many words or letters you want. Fame and fortune await
you!

Greg came to RFC because: "I was fascinated by Steve's writings on 'The New Urbanism'..."

I'm a lot like that, too.

More than just one Bruce.

Reminds me of myself.

I wouldn't say all that.

"They All Came to RFC", isn't that a Willy Nelson song?

No, that's some Virginia song.

......."Stalking Somebody". And they're also in the top 5 of the
"problem posters".

Pamela came here stalking Ophelia and/or Janet UK and/or Dora from
the UK cooking group(*)s. Ironically, somebody from the UK groups
emailed me a few months earlier asking me to look into the trolls
there and tell them if they were just one person or several. Then
Pamela arrives in RFC and a few days later asks me to look into
something or another as I "seemed to know a lot about Usenet". I
told her to fuck off.

John came here stalking Bryan looking for a fight and he got it.
And more.

Bruce came here stalking Peter Lucas. He went through several
identities before settling on 'Bruce the Barbarian Vegetarian" and
it's been working much better than his previous identities.

And of course Gregory came here Stalking Sheryl Rosen and eventually
killed her. How long ago did that start, Greg - 22... 24 years ago?

I didn't want to keep y'all in suspense in case I don't come back.
My "doctor" called me this morning and says I have kidney infection
and should go to the hospital. Yeah, right, Doc - my kidneys feel
fine, Thank you <click>

Then 10 minutes later he calls back and says I need to go the
hospital AGAIN (why would I go twice, duh!) says I have 100%
setenois of my internal right corotid artery. "In English?". One of
the two big veins in my neck is totally blocked. "Yeah, right, I'd
be dead". Says I will be if I don't get to the hospital and have my
neck ripped open. Uh, yeah - I had other plans this weekend, Thank
you! Besides, if it was that important then why didn't they tell me
about this last October 23rd when I went to the hospital ER
complaining of, oh, you know - just common blindness (for the second
time) and had the MRI - but didn't have insurance at the time.

He even emailed me some pretty genuine looking imaging reports and
lab results. No plaque noted in any surrounding arteries in brain or
neck but my biggest artery is somehow 100% blocked? Uh, yeah,
Uh-huh.

These Friday morning phone pranksters are getting pretty
sophisticated. I took two aspirins just in case and I'll think
about it while I roast these Hatch and homegrown Piss Peppers for
some fermented hot sauce.

No, that's wrong. I don't know anything about this Peter Lucas. When I
came to RFC, he wasn't posting here anymore or I never noticed his
posts much. The only reason I know about him is that a few people
sometimes mention him.

I don't know what 'working much better' means. And my I suggest "Bruce
the Friendly Vegetarian"?

Was this a prank call or did your doctor really call you?

It really was teh doctor (and his nurse). I was there on Thursday.
And went to the hospital today. They said my labs are almost fine
and wait 3 weeks to get a referral to the Vascular Surgeon, and "if
you haven't a stroke from the 100% blocked carotid artery by now, 3
more weeks probably won't kill you".

I just love their logic. If you look up "blocked internal carotid
artery loss of vision", it's pretty nasty. And that's not even
when 100% blocked. Maybe 100% bklocked is safer than 90%^ since no
blood is rtravellgin through ti <shrug>.

Where's our Dr. Andrew B. Chung when I need him now? Did they throw
him in jail finally?

Well, that doesn't sound good but good luck and do go see a vascular
surgeon. Do you take Lipitor, Crestor, Vytorin, etc.??

That sounds a bit like my eye issue. I thought it was a cataract getting
worse but it got worse. I went to the optometrist and she referred me to
the ophthamologist and the got back to me within days with an
appointment. Actually it was two appointments, one for testing and one
for consult. I was diagnosed with ischemic optic neuritis, likely a
temporary blockage (stroke) that resulted in a lack of oxygen to the
optic nerve. No treatment, He expects it will regenerate to some degree
over the next year.

I have new computers now and he never got re-entered into the filter. I
have not seen any of his posts in years.

He's running for president in 2024: "Make America Super Healthy" (MASH).

He was forced to take a mental evaluation in 2016 to retain his medical
licence after one of his 'wonderfully hungry' patients died of starvation.
