November 2017. I've taken a 2.5 year work hiatus to concentrate on getting this house improved as much as I have.

And I passed my NCLEX-RN in 2010.

Yet, you have been paying other people to do the work and if you had a
job you would make a lot more money coming in that you are getting from
your tenants. You would be so much better off just renting, or buying a
smaller house and living on your own.

I have NEVER lived alone, ever! Why would I want to?

And the Nursing job I hope to get will pay me $35-$42 an HOUR! Plus I will be getting the $500/mo from my renters, then in 6 years when I retire also getting $1600/mo Soc Sec! I may work after I turn 65 and may not, I will see!

So I am set for life! In a house that is PAID OFF and earns me $500/mo!

What happened to that nursing job he had last year (or was it the year
before? All these posts tend to run together)... they gave him
equipment and a laptop and he got all pissy when they made him give it back.

I work full time and did a full kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, and
replaced every interior door in my house.  That took less than two
years.  You are just lazy.
