Dont know shit yeah, DK that's you. You might as well give it up. kili is
a freind of mine. Hey, cousin, we talk on the fucking phone. So STFU and
get over yourself.

OB Food:

Lentil soup

1/4 cup unsalted Purity butter
# 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small yellow onion, chopped
3/4 pound cremini mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
6 cups chicken stock
1 cup dry white wne
1 cup uncooked lentils
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon truffle oil

n a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onions. Cook,
stirring occasionally until onions just begin to brown, around 7 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook 5 minutes
more.

Add stock, wine and lentils. Bring to a boil, then decrease heat to medium
and cook until lentils are tender, around 35 minutes. Remove from heat.
Using an immersion blender, puree the soup. Return to stove over medium
flame to reheat briefly. Ladle into soup bowls. Garnish each serving chives
and a swirl of truffle oil. Serve immediately. Serves 6.

I haven't eaten any of it, yet, no. Meanwhile, TFM® is happily munching at
the fillets and the broccoli. We'll see if there's any left, when and if
I'm ready to eat. (You know me too well, Steve.) :~)

I'd love to. My aunt and uncle are in Columbia, SC and when/if I go visit
them we were talking about taking a trip to Charleston & Kiawah Island. How
far is your mom's house from there?

Just south of Beaufort.

Adopted cousin, actually. My cousins Erika and Remi in Louisiana aren't
blood cousins, either, but we still consider each other family. Erika even
lived with my Dad & me in California while she was working on getting her
masters degree.

I don't think this is "out of the blue," sf. The typos and the belligerance
speak volumes. But, you're right, it may not be chemically induced.

I post without spellcheck all the time. However, typos aren't my
biggest problem, but rather thinkos and reverseos and editos and those
kind of things. They turn what was supposed to be a fine, insiteful
message into garbage.

Spell checking is manual. Spellcheck is automatic. Which method is
