I've mentioned how good the baked potatoes are in the air fryer, I took
it a step further. I made a large potato and only at half so two days
later scooped it out, mixed in bacon, cheese, butter, sour cream, s & p
Loaded it up and while making another item, put this in for the last 10
minutes at 375. I'll be doing more.

I'm thinking of baking 3 or 4, mix it up, then freeze for a quick one
later.

Your potato sounds like the TGI Fridays loaded potatoes, yum-yum!

I scooped up two very thick center cut marked down pork chops today.
Also, a package of pork country style spareribs and both will be cooked
in the air fryer but on different days.

And don't forget to add tons and tons of salt and even sliced pickled jalapeño peppers. I like adding chili and cheddar to baked potato, too.

Known as "fully loaded potato skins " here. I make
this whenever we're feeding a crowd. To suit vegetarians
and religious-observant people I do half with bacon and
half without, but they all disappear.

I've seen him elsewhere on usenet, and I'm pretty sure he's 'our' Ed.

I don't own an air fryer but I do like twice-baked aka "loaded" baked
potatoes. I baked two of them yesterday and plan to do something
similar with the one that is leftover.

Sounds cool. "Ed P" could be a new rapper.

Sounds like a good recipe. I like their potato chips, too.

Known as "twice-baked potatoes" where I live, even if they're air fryed.

Is Nigela still as elegant and pretty as I remember? :)

Yes. At 62 :-)

It's not all been a bed of roses; her first husband died
young after an awful illness and the second was an
abusive bully; they had a very nasty split and divorce.

I like her recipes, and they always work.

Janet.

She's a bit slutty, of course. A bit of a porn cook.

I think she's been replaced with Padma Lakshmi - who will be replaced by another cutie pie soon.

You find Padma Lakshmi pretty? She's only
marginally better looking than Stormy Daniels.

It don't matter with I think about her looks. I like her series on food and culture. I'm a food and culture kind of guy. She does have an awesome set of choppers.
