After eating:

https://i.postimg.cc/wM6rBcC6/Fun-with-veggies-pasta-Parm-Reg-and-a-fork.jpg

I mixed some cooked chopped veggies with some precooked spaghetti pasta and ate it for my dinner and it's now 8PMish and too late to drink any more coffee, so I will just listen to Youtubes, maybe a PBS show until later and have a fruit snack before bed.

I eschewed TV years ago! I wasted far too many years of my life in front of that Idiot Box!

Carb Coma - that's funny, I like that. In Hawaii, it's called a "kanak attack." Don't ask me why.

At about 3 this morning I did have a double cheeseburger. There was a bag with a forgotten McDouble in it from Monday in my bedroom. I was feeling bad so I ate most of it. I had no ice tea or anything. I no longer drink much liquid. Don't ask me why - I don't know why.

Melatonin, and tryptophans like after some great "comfort foods" like a turkey dinner! Where you plunge deeply into the parasympathetic effect known as "rest and digest"!

I was watching that last night. Very cool show.
Many spy cam robot animals.
Did you see the baby gorilla one?
Those gorilla's were really checking it out and
the silver back (leader) had to approve it as a

They had spy everything animals on that show.
Hippo's, turtles, birds, on and on.
Even spy turtle eggs. lol

It's amazing what they can do. Did you see the spy squirrel with the

It's a little creepy, though. Makes me think of that 1973 movie

This is just a notion of mine. Not drinking much liquid seems like it would
be a dandy way to get kidney stones among possible other maladies. It may
even be a symptom of one.

Sometimes.

When we get lucky and catch a smart ass dutchman, after we finish
beating him to death, and urinating on him, we usually only have a
glass of club soda.

Later, we celebrate. we pry his mouth open so we can all take turns
shitting and pissing in his mouth. Then we take the corpse out to
the river, and dispose of it.

Only afterwards do we have a few beers. Usually dutch beers, but
german slop is acceptable.

Some of the upscale restaurants have started serving ice tea in 4
gallon casks, with ornate straws.

The really high class joints also have dutch piss boys carrying
pots around, because the patrons need to urinate a lot after
drinking all that tea.

I like green tea but not so much when it's hot.
Better when room temp or even chilled.
No sugar though. And certainly no milk either.
I tried a squeeze of lemon recently but still not so good.

All liquids and even most food contain water and all that
counts towards your daily recommendation of water. It doesn't
have to be all plain water.

Plain water is good though. That's my main drink each day.

Get your all natural cistern water analyzed some day.
I suggested that about a year ago.
Do post the ingredient list.
I also remember that you quit drinking it but you had
a reason for that, didn't you?

Even better - buy a decent microscope and check out a
fresh drop of water from your cistern in a warm month.
I'll bet you would start treating it after that.

All natural isn't always all healthy.

You talk like a town person. The whole countryside here is on rain
water and people rarely get sick. They look down on town water. "Cows
shit in it" and other comments like that.

We're half town/half country. We buy or boil our drinking water. A
little bit of paranoia there. We use the unboiled rain water for
everything else. Cooking, showering, dishwasher, coffee etc.
