Beans are the best part of Frito pie.

The lamb WAS good. I sous vide a half a heavily seasoned boneless
leg at about 137F on Christmas day for about 6 hours. Froze the
leftovers the next day and reheated from frozen the same way at 134F
for a couple hours.

I'll go back to Sam's Club just for the NZ leg of lamb @ $6/lb. But
the previous time they had mutton disguised as lamb. I always
thought I wanted to try mutton, and I'm glad I got that crossed off
my list fairly cheap - pbbfffttt! Good riddance!

I've never had Frito pie, but I agree; gotta have beans.
