Carpal tunnel doesn't usually hurt this much in most cases, and even
rarer that it extends to the whole forearm

The chicken tunred out pretty well.
The pork was sirloin chops. They suck no matter how you cook them.
I've tried them every 5 years or so, some as roasts, and they ALL
suck no matter how you prepare them. I'm sticking to butts, hams,
bellies, cheeks, tails, and livers of pig from now on. No other
cuts.
