In honor of his mother, Nick Stellino offers a cookbook free from Create
TV (PBS). The book comes in PDF format but you can save it to Word or
others if desired. Link to download:

I've been watching his show on this pouring down rainy afternoon.

can get to the web site but when I click the download I get:
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

May just be temporary.

I've made a couple of Nick's recipes from his books and they are very
good.

Could be it's busy. I could email the file to you if you'd like. Let
me know. No copyright infringement involved since he himself said it's
free.

He made a bone-in veal chop on one of the shows I watched today that
looked absolutely fantastic. Gotta look for some veal chops. :)

Stellino prepared a wonderful baked mac & cheese dish using multiple
types of grated cheeses including shredded asiago... then added cooked
lobster meat to it before finishing it in the oven. Sheldon would have
a hissy fit. Seafood and cheese! Looked heavenly to me. :)

Cheese with seafood? Quel sacrilege!! LOL.

But in synch with you, Jill, I have none of the current tech gadgets like Echo, etc.

Ophelia, I love the adjective, "daft." We should use it more often. It is much more
descriptive than dumb or crazy or anything else we usually use. It is more encompassing,
I think....a combo of dumb plus crazy. Perfect! LOL.
