Low fat orange and caraway salad dressing (recipe)

Just a little something I made up at the weekend (inspired by a salas
dressing in a tapas bar).
Take about 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt (the bio stuff is creamier)
or you can use sour cream, all depends on what you have handy.
Add about 3 tablespoons of orange juice, or until the dressing is runny
enough for your liking.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally add about 1 tsp of caraway seeds (or more if you like), or until
a teaspoon of dressing has about three seeds in it.
Pour over any old salad. I had it over red cabbage (shredded finely) and
grated carrot, with salt, sugar and raisins (sultanas whatever) added.

One of these days I'll actually measure stuff out.
