Broccoli Salad with Dried Apricots

Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation Method
3 bunches broccoli
1 cup cashews pecans or walnuts
1 cup dried apricots Dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
In a bowl cut broccoli into small florets. Add nuts and apricots.
In a separate bowl, mix mayo and sugar. Add vinegar slowly to mayo
mixture. Toss with broccoli mixture. Makes 8 servings.

Ease up, Pete! I just thought it was interesting. Eleven has never been
a lucky number for me. I was just curious as to whether someone else here
could figure out if the number "11" really has any meaning here. ie: Next
attack in November (month #11) or October 11th, etc...
Peace between us (you and me)? We don't need any flame-wars right now...
we've got enough to worry about right now with the up-coming next World War!
