I got a surprise package today and let me tell you it WAS a surprise!
I had no idea you were going to send that to me. THANK YOU, thank
you, thank you! Now I will never wonder what Better than Bouillon is
all about again. <and now I *know* I've never seen it on a store
shelf>
Have you read the ingredients? Salt is second on the list... just
like every product the Better Than Bouillon proponents despise. Sugar
and corn syrup are 3 and 4 for the chicken flavoring. LOL! No wonder
people like it.
In any case, I used it to flavor my cobbled together rice dish tonight
and I was pleased with the outcome.

The first ingredient is MEAT! I keep mine in the freezer after opening
it. It does not freeze solid so you can still scoop it.
