I don't know, but if I were to guess I'd guess it is either a mixture
of corn-based vinegar and cider vinegar (corn-cider vinegar), or apple
cider flavored corn-based vinegar.

The cheap apple cider vinegar is actually cider-flavored vinegar; has
been for years. Heinz used to be reliably the real stuff. If they've
begun to offer a flavored version, too, then I'll have to be even more
careful when I shop.

I guess I'm with sw. If the recipe says Corn Cider Vinegar, I would
expect it to be a specific vinegar. Otherwise, the recipe should have
elaborated further that it was a blend.
