I use them to supplant for meat!
Very adequately too! YUM! Just finished another VSTL Meal! :-) Green beans and sliced carrots, buttered atop a pile of brown rice, homemade "Baked Beans" and Garlic Potatoes! Good VSTD Meal!
Now, oral hygiene! :-)
